Great refrigerator repair experience
My refrigerator started making a grinding fan sound then stopped cooling/freezing. I called Dial Appliance due to a recommendation from someone in a similar situation here 10 years ago. The repair took about an hour and was due to ice build up around the fan, so took a lot of time but thankfully no new parts. The technician explained everything he was going to do, as he found the cause, and then advised after how this was caused. $160 which I thought was very reasonable.

So was his solution anything beyond just unplugging it for a bit and letting the ice buildup melt?
