GC MEP costs
It all sounds in the ballpark, as you say. Re electrical, hard to judge without knowing size of house and number of stories.

Starting a townhouse renovation and wanted to get a sense check on MEP costs broken out by a GC (before GC markup)
Plumbing:
Rough from riser to fixture: $2500/each
Fixture installation: $500-1200/each
HVAC:
AC: $2200/ton
Outdoor heatpump: $1500/ton
Ductwork distrubution: $125/linear ft
Electrical:
Meters/Distribution/Panels/Outlets/Switches: 55k
Everything “feels” high but in the ballpark. I had hoped for about 20% less than these numbers
Any thoughts are appreciated!
