I can also offer detailing of the waterproofing for the garden bed to protect your cellar wall. You hire the subcontractors directly, I do not mark up their labor. I have experience in garden design. Hi Brownstoners – We are looking to break up some of the concrete in our front areaway and install a small tree bed. Does anyone have experience doing this themselves, or alternatively have a recommendation for a contractor/landscaper? My concern with doing it ourselves is making sure the bed is properly lined so there’s no risk of water getting into the cellar. Thanks!
