Fridgemaster FDH5020KP ( https://www.amazon.com/Fridgemaster-Dehumidifier-Dehumidifiers-Basements-Bathroom/dp/B08738G5V8 ) arrived with a defective pump. Manufacturer promised to send me a refund and I have since purchased a different dehumidifier so I do need this one. It’s brand new and works fine but requires emptying the condensate manually or via a hose into a floor drain. In order to get the refund I had to “Field Destroy” it by cutting the power cord, but I have both pieces (see picture). Pick up and carry up from cellar (it weighs 47 lbs) .
