Floor refinishing recommendation: Carlos Woodfloors!

Dropping a note to compliment the work of Carlos, who gets lots of recs here. He and his crew refinished our parlor floor, ~850 or so feet of 3.5″ white oak. We had them done just 5 years ago by a contractor’s rec with tragic results–our fault for not checking first. We wanted them to be very light, the way raw white oak looks, which you lose the moment you put down poly. Carlos used a couple coats of Bona Nordicseal, which is a relatively new product and looks like the sort of pickled effect. Then he did 3 coats of Bona Traffic HD matte. They are amazing, lovely and we’re so happy with the result. I would post pictures but they somenow don’t reflect what they look like in real life.
