Finding contractors to re-seal 4th floor solarium covering balcony

Hi, we have a solarium on the fourth floor of a brownstone on the upper west side. It is a four seasons solarium that was installed over 30 years ago. We are about to place our apartment on the market but would like to have the solarium re-sealed beforehand. The contractor will need to use a harness from the roof (~6 feet above the solarium). Please let me know if anyone has any references for window companies in the NYC area that would be good matches for this work. We will need to have it performed during the month of July (planning on Aug 1st listing date).

Be aware, if the solarium was never filed, or has heating or cooling, it is considered non compliant and might have to be dismantled before selling.
