Finding a basement leak 2.0

I am also looking for the correct professional to help me trace a seepage in our basement. I have sump pumps, they are working, and the basement has been dry for several years. Started getting a seepage right next to one of the pumps even before the recent deluge of rain. Now we are getting multiple leaks.
