Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation Loan

Anyone have any experience with the Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation loan? 203k won’t work in the situation we have (second home) and it sounds like a very attractive product.

Also, I know there are a couple mortgage experts routinely recommended here, but if you know of one who has dealt with this particular product, a referral would be great too.

I know there is one particular person referred to often for 203k loans here on this forum but I am def interested in someone who has worked on Homestyle in particular.
