Exterior Balcony Leaking into Interior! Please HELP!

Our exterior balcony is TILED. It’s leaking onto our porch and somehow is also penetrating into our interior laundry room below. The porch is concrete and was repoured with a a membrane 4 years ago. But, I think the water from above is soaking through at the joints and through the brick. THREE roofers have told me that short of removing the tiles and starting from scratch and replacing the tile with tar, they won’t touch it. Can anyone offer guidance or recs for a contractor who has experience and skills doing this kind of work? PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

i DO believe there is a problem with the saddle, among other problems. the door definitely ain’t Pella! And no one is going to come around to replace it. but i am zeroing in on that spot. I really need someone who is competent to work on this.

Have you checked the doorway saddle & flashing out onto your balcony? Or even window sill openings?
I recently had a similar sounding issue. We dug up all the flooring of the balcony, changed all the siding of the wall facing the balcony along with all the flashing etc…. Finally I went out when it was raining and was still dripping through the ceiling below and saw where the water was running through at the saddle of the Pella unit of the doors. Pella came out & checked it, they replaced the whole door unit.
Six months, no leaks!
