Engineered hardwood in Cellar

Hi,

I’m excavating the cellar, putting a new slab and radiant heating. Even though wood floor tile seems to be all the rage these days, I was hoping to put engineered hardwood in there. I’ve researched and putting engineered woods over radiant heating is fine, however, there seems to be a concern over moisture in the cellar and eventual cupping of any hard wood over time.

Does anyone have a view on this? Are all engineered hardwoods created equal? Is there a way to moisture-proof a cellar?

Thank you, as always!
