EMERGENCY PLUMBER!

So, it’s the eve of possible Coronavirus lockdown, and our house’s only bathroom has sprung a leak (water leaking into living room ceiling, right below bathtub). We need a plumber ASAP, who is good and reliable. Seems like eventually we’ll have to get into replacing molding, and so on, but for now we need to stop the leak so we can take showers if quarantined! Need someone FAST AND GOOD, who won’t exploit people in distress. Help!?

All property owners need to have a regular local plumber in there contacts list for just this reason as well as regular seasonal health checks, boiler, hot water etc.
