Electrician's problems with new DOB site - suggestions for help? Expediter?

You can technically withdraw the permit, use the form at https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/buildings/pdf/WithdrawalRequest_form.pdf. Now normallythis could trigger an inspection, but in the past I believe that only occurred if the withdrawal was within two years of the permit issue, but it could happen.

Selling a house, having this problem: permits for a 2012 electrical job filed but not closed out. The electrician is trying to refile, but says he’s unable to navigate the new DOB website. Is there an expediter who deals with electrical, or can you suggest another solution.
