Electrician to look at switch

Try James Arbeeny at Bruno Electric – very good, licensed independent – reasonably priced.

My new tenant recently plugged their microwave into the same powerpoint that the fridge runs from and could smell something burning while the microwave was on. Obviously the powerpoint cannot be used and I wanted to get an electrician to look at it. So I am here looking for recommendations again. You guys have help me so many time before. Thanks! I like to use an electrician local to Clinton Hill area preferably not one of the big guys.

I would shut the breaker off to that circuit until I got an electrician to check it out.
Arcing from a loose or burned connection can cause a fire.
