EIFS Flashing Estimates

Be careful. I’ve seen stucco applied over asbestos that was delaminating and leaking.

Hi all, we are considering purchasing a 2 family house in Bushwick. EIFS (synthetic stucco) has been applied to the rear wall, but has no visible flashing systems. Does anybody have an estimate around installing flashing around 7 windows and 2 doors? Or any info/stories about it?

Call a few window installers to get a quote. Try Windows We Are. Also search the forum as someone had mentioned flashing prices at some point. Have you checked around the windows to make sure there is insulation and no air leakage?
