Eagle E series casement windows

Just a quick update. I ended up using this place to replace the window hinge. It fixed the issue with the window not closing properly also.

We have an issue with Eagle E series casement windows installed around 2013. We always had an issue closing the window. It never latched correctly and closed. When it was under warrant Eagle reps that came just told us it was installed wrong. The hinge is broken now and the window cant close at all. I have called Eagle. There is a fee just to come to give an estimate to fix it. I am worried the solution will be it was installed wrong. Can someone recommend a company they have used? Anyone else install Eagle E series casement windows and had a similar issue?
