Does anyone know a good local handyman in Carroll Gardens?

I am hoping someone may be able to refer a local handyman in the Carroll Gardens area. Currently I have to do some patch work on my stoop and am having a hard time finding someone. All the masonry type contractors really don’t take small jobs and the ones that do offer their services are either quoting extremely high prices for the job or are trying to sell me a new brownstone job which is not needed.

Any leads would be appreciated! Thanks….
