Does a C of O Trump the DOB's Website Info?

All apartments are listed as Class “A”, so from what I can gather from city websites, that indicates it’s no longer classified as an SRO.

If a building has a certificate of occupancy that is recently dated, and states “Multiple Dwelling Law Classification: None”, but the city’s DOB website states it’s an SRO, which takes precedence? I’ve been told the city takes a long time to update their info so their websites are often out of date. Is that correct?
