Any best practices / recommendations for documenting move-in condition of an rental apt?

I use a simple checklist and take a few timestamp photos of the apt when handing over the keys. Any one have any additional suggestions and do you share the photos with the new tenants?

I would suggest a video of entire apt., especially, areas where windows are and bathroom that may be prone to water damage!!! No photos are for your records!!! Best of luck!!
