Docs that need to be provided as landlord at lease signing?

We are renting the apartment in our building again & the hard drive with all the docs I used last time has been damaged so I have no record of what I previously did. Does anyone have what is essentially a checklist (or website with checklist) of all the docs needed at lease signing? I’ve done some googling but can’t find a legit source that has all that info in one place — somehow I can’t find the NYC site that I feel like I used last time. Help!

(Also, Q2: which Blumberg lease do you use for an unregulated apartment in a BK 3 family owner-occupied building?)
