DOB / LPC new survey requirements

Assuming you mean a land survey, you only need one if you are changing the bulk of the house or adding a deck. If you’re not doing either of those things, then you probably don’t need one. If you do need a survey, then it has to have been performed within a year of filing with DOB.

We’re doing through permitting and are wondering if we’ll need a new survey. Our last was done in 2018 – nothing has changed and we don’t intend to change anything that is survey related. Does anyone have recent experience or know anything about this?
