Do you need help managing your Brownstone/townhouse

HI,
I own and manage a building in Bed-stuy and two buildings in Crown Height. I have 8 tenants all together.
I pretty much know everything about small buildings. I am very handy plus I have all connections with contractors and plumbers to solve any problem you have.
Also I find the tenants myself through closed list of artists and designers. I never had a problem to find one for the past 10 years.
If you need someone to help you dealing with your building I am willing to help.
