Dishwasher installation

I’m planning to buy a dishwasher from (I’m guessing) PC Richards. Anyone have any experience with them coming and installing one into a place that did NOT have one previously? Should I consider hiring someone myself to do the job? Thanks!

I think you also need an electrician, since dishwashers are hard wired, rather than plugged in.

Since there was no dishwasher before, I would recommend getting a plumber since the job will involve installing a water line and waste line from the existing to and from the new dishwasher.
