Cutting down neighbor's tree limbs in front of my window

Can I cut down a few of my neighbors tree limbs that are in front of my window? The would fall into my front yard. Thanks

Pretty sure you can cut the parts that hang over your property, though I would think you can’t cut back beyond the property line without the neighbor’s consent.
