Cracked/sagging Ceiling

There’s no point repairing the ceiling before the roof is fixed. After that you can choose between Sheetrock, plaster, or something else. FWIW I had a new tin ceiling installed in my top floor master bedroom to avoid the mess of taking down the whole plaster ceiling.

Top-floor apartment ceiling is cracking and sagging from water damage. I believe ceiling is plaster. Any recommendations for whom to call would be greatly appreciated.
