Cost to paint one whole floor

How many square feet is the apartment? If about 900 square feet figure maybe $3,000 or so.

Our top floor tenant is moving out, and we need to paint everything white. It’s about 750 square feet including closet interiors and such plus the stairwell and small entryway on the second floor. We’d like all the baseboards and trim properly caulked as well. No significant repairs or joint compounding will be needed. Does anyone know what I’d expect to pay? TIA

I should have added high ceilings–10 to 11 feet.
