Cost of installing outdoor power source

Anything electrical is insane ;). I had easy access to power, and two sockets + a light with switch (about 20′ of conduit in all) was $900.

I live in a rental and we have a fabulous outdoor space except that there is no lighting, power, or water- making it nearly useless. I’d like to talk to my LL about at least trying to get some power out there, and am even willing to foot the bill assuming it’s not something insane. Anyone know a ballpark cost or have a reco for someone who might provide a free estimate?
