We just received a property tax bill for a 15 unit coop in BK. For the first time we have a 25.2% tax abatement and we have no idea if it’s a mistake or accurate. Most of the owners do use the units as their primary residence but that has always been the case. Was a law changed or is this a mistake on DOF’s part?
