Converting from a natural gas boiler to a heat pump

Con Edison closed the program this year. All the funds were drained and then some.
The city pushes the switche to Electric and pulls the plug (pun intended) in the same year….

I’m starting a large project to convert my landmarked brownstone to solar energy, replace original windows and replace my boiler with a heat pump. I’m having trouble understanding what financing options and incentives might still be open to me for the heat pump/boiler replacement portion and the window replacement portion. Any ideas who could help me with this?
