I know this question has been asked many times in this board, but with the new site format I cannot seem to find any current discussions. We are finally at a point that we are ready to convert our brownstone into two condos. We bought the building with a friend with the intention to do so years ago. Has anyone done this recently? I would love to find out the costs associated and how long the process took. Also, any suggestions on attorneys would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
