Have you called 311? If your house is shaking, this could be very serious and urgent. Or also you could run out and speak to the manager at the construction.

I know it’s a little late but about 3 weeks ago, construction began in a parking lot across the street and since then, my house (brick) has been shaking. Can anyone recommend an engineer to put monitoring in place? There was no notice to is that construction was beginnning.
