We are closing on a home and the seller has not completed the internal wiring that connects the homes various coaxial cable and ethernet wires to a central housing rack. There are numerous outlets throughout the home containing either ethernet or coaxial cable hookups which all run to a room on the second floor. Sadly, the job was never finished and we agreed to take the house as-is. Any recommendations?

you can search for the building permits and find the GC or electrician to see if they can tell you who was doing the cabling
