Commercial tenant issues

There’s nothing you can really do right. Cuomo has taken away all landlord rights regarding non paying tenants on both apartments and commericial spaces and keeps extending it every few month. There are far more voting tenants than voting landlords, so they’ve decided to stick it to us hard.

Anyone have any experience with dealing with a non paying commercial tenant? I had already agreed to let my tenant out of her lease (and ask for no money in return) more than a month ago, but she has not given me a date she will vacate by. She responded to the 14 day letter my attorney sent, but has been crickets since.
