Commercial laundry venting

I live next to a commercial laundry . A lot of lint , some in clumps, lands in my yard and on my green roof. I have asked them to remediate for years. The owner does clean lots of it off the roof periodically, but basically says they were there first . I have asked the owners to clean their lint traps or add something on the end ?
