Cleaning Brownstone without the use of chemicals.
I would given them a custom mixture: hydroxylic acid, dihydrogen monoxide, hydrogen oxide, hydrogen hydroxide, hydric acid, hydroxic acid, hydroxyl acid, hydrohydroxic acid. Pretty straightforward. Doesn’t get any greener.

My employers are a green family. They prefer not to use any chemicals at all to clean. I need to clean the Brownstone and was wondering what products have worked successfully for others. I was thinking of using some kind of blend between Baking Soda, Vinegar and dishsoap. A gentile scrub and then rinse. Thoughts ??

Trickling water will do it but most likely damage the surface.

LOL, I thought you meant the interior of a brownstone. Low pressure power washer with mild soap.

make sure you don’t use water in the pressure washer though… it’s a chemical!

In general, Green Depot (in Marjam lot) is a good resource. I got an eco-friendly exterior brick cleaner there last year. Also EWG (Environmental Working Group) is a website and app that is great for many things consumer health-related. They help you see past trendy and misleading labeling like Meyer’s, etc.
