Choosing a Title Company

Hi All,
I’m refinancing my brownstone in Cobble Hill and I have the option to choose my own title company. I’m going to shop around. Apart from prices for services, I’m not sure what else I should be asking about. Do you have a local favorite that is reputable, efficient, etc?
