cellar hatch - with skylight?

Anyone know of a place who would be able to build a cellar hatch that would have both a vent and a skylight? I know, it’s a rare combo and have never seen one before, but that’s an idea we are toying with. Thanks!

There is one in Central Park slope I walked by the other day when I was walking the dog. Next time I see it I will write down the address in case you want to knock on their door. I can’t remember which block but I think it’s was between 7av and the park. I also thought it was a great potential upgrade.
