Cellar Door Cover Reco's / Weather Stripping?

Hi — my cellar doors are leaking rainwater into the basement. Just wondering: is there somewhere to buy a cellar door cover or do you just build one DIY? Also, do they do a good job of keeping rainwater out? Alternatively, if any one has any good recommendations on how they weather stripped their cellar doors that would be appreciated (weather strips or silicone or both?) Thanks!

I got one of those black industrial mats you can get at Lowes, the size is perfect for me and is easily removed. Before that I had built a cover to go over it but rats loved to hang out there bc of it’s so cozy! Just a small space allowed them to get under there…
