Carlos Wood Floors : Review

Like many brownstones I have old oak floors underneath a wall to wall carpet. After ripping out the carpet I was tempted to rip out the floors and install new ones, however I really like the feel of the older wood vs the new floors so I decided to give restoring them a try. For a very reasonable price Carlos and his Uncle removed the old nails, sanded out and patched up the old wood and restained the floors. They look fantastic now. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely much better than new floors.
