Building Zoned M1 - 2D?

BTW; anyone ever get their building rezoned so it can be occupied as a living space? I talk to the real estate agent selling the above property, he said “floor is zoned for office space . However you might be able to use it as a work-live space.” but obviously he’s pushing to sell, so they’ll say anything thanks

Hi all, what does it mean when a building is “Zoned M1 – 2D” I know 1M is manufacturing? I do not know what 2D is, and is there any significance if it’s types as M1 – 2D vs M1 and 2D? eg: is it zoned a whole range inbetween? thanks
