Hi Antonia, We gave Kamal a deposit to re-face our brownstone more than a year ago and the work has yet to begin. Can you tell me if your job was ever completed and if you were happy with it?

Hi all, I wanted to share my brownstoning project with you. I’m working with M&K construction and having a great experience! They were the most reasonable of the estimates I got and have been very easy to work with. My building had no masonry detail prior. So everything was built from scratch from my drawings. It was a bit of a collaboration since I did not hire an architect, but somehow I managed to convey what I wanted. If you wander down Hoyt St. to the corner of 3rd you’ll see the work is in the curing faze right now, and I look forward to the final product.

Can you add pictures please. I need to touch up my front step and some area around the cast iron fencing where the freeze thaw has blown out the stone
