Brownstone Certificate Checklist

We’re in an owner occupied two-family and afaik nothing special is required. We keep the smoke alarms working, observe the heating rules, have our boiler serviced every year, clean the chimney, maintain the roof, etc., etc. We do not have sprinklers.

Hey all, wondering if there’s a checklist out there for certificates required by brownstone owners for annual to semi-annual maintenance. i.e. sprinkler tests, RPZ/backflow preventer, FDNY flow test, etc

I don’t want to get mired down in fines for forgetting something.

I’ve searched the forums but didn’t see what I was looking for, and didn’t see something pop up online (almost certainly an issue with the wording of my search, but still…)

Any insight or personal anecdotes appreciated.
