Brooklyn Property Management Recommendations

I have met and spoken to the entire group of people at Brownstone Property Group. They handle properties of this size. I perform maintenance inspections for condo boards. from the roof down looking at all of the common areas and photographing them (i have a 300mm zoom lens for the high stuff) and generating a report ranking the issues from most serious to least serious. I am a Haag Certified Low Slope roof inspector, a former restoration contractor, and a former commercial building maintenance manager and project manager. I am often called for issues high up such as leaks or parapet inspections and end up talking them into taking me for the entire building. i can comment on and detail maintenance (and i do advise when other professionals are needed such as engineers or licenses plumbers or electricians). No one who has ever called me for a full building assessment has ever been disappointed and i usually find things the owners had no idea existed, some very serious.

I live in a condo building in Brooklyn of roughly 50 units. We are looking for a new management company to assist with financial operations, super management, repairs, and other tasks.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a property management company for a similar building?
