I agree with stoopsitter, way too vague, Right now if you compare Riverdale or Spuyten Duyvil to say East NY in Brooklyn, Bronx has it beat by a long shot and I highly doubt East NY will ever catch up.
That said if you are looking to invest there are alot of places in the Bronx that will give you a good return especially if you are looking to hold long term.
