best soundproof interior windows for brick townhouse?
You could try one of the new interior storm windows that are easy to put in and out and see if it deadens the sound enough for your liking. They are relatively unobtrusive.

We are considering soundproofing interior windows for our long, parlor floor, street-facing windows (we are in a historic district and to replace the windows here would take 6-8 months and possibly up to $100K, as you’d have to replace all the windows and the main ones are a slightly unusual shape….)
Anyone have experience with cityproof and the rest — and is there any way it won’t look super clunky on our beautiful front windows? Thanks!
