Bedbug report??

Does anyone know if an 8 unit coop that is 100% owner occupied needs to file a Bedbug Annual Report?

there don’t seem to be any exceptions for owner-occupied units. the text of the new law just says that every multiple-dwelling owner has to report. Since in a co-op the owner is a corporation, that corporation has the responsibility to report.
