bare minimum security system for Insurance

Hi

Any advice on a bare minimum security system for a brownstone to satisfy the insurance requirement. The house will be under renovation for the next 4 to 5 months. Are solutions like Simply Safe an option…i guess we would need to install wireless while not living there for a few more months. Appreciate your advice

$150 per month? That is insane. I have a full alarm system with a cellular backup and it is a fraction of that cost.

ADT has a wireles system. It will need electricity from the house, but otherwise it’s about $150/mo
