Hi all, I just noticed this month that I was charged on my water bill for AWR insurance that I never signed up for. I went to the AWR website, set up an account, and lo and behold my account indicates that coverage was purchased in May of this year. Did the DEP automatically sign me up?? I tried checking previous bills to see if I was being charged but, of course, DEP’s website is down. This is so scammy, does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!
