Architect or Engineer needed to file for a halted Schnall Alt-1.

Hi, we purchased a house a few years ago that was deemed to be a 2 family over office. Both Scott Schnall and contractor recommended filing an Alt 2 and Alt 1. The alt 2 was quickly approved and work began; the alt 1 took nearly 2 years to finally get approved. By then the work was mostly complete, we ran out of money and the engineered was banned. We finally have the resources to clean up the job with the DOB. We need to hire an architect or engineer to refile and help deal with the paperwork to get the Certificate of occupancy. Either recommend yourself or if you have had similar experience, please recommend the firm you used. Thanks
