Architect for plans/DOB submissions?

I am not sure if they would do only a DOB submission but I have been working with Ten to One architects and they are terrific!

Any recommendations for architects that could work on plans for a DOB submission? No fancy design work, although the work will involve installing a new kitchen on a floor that currently does not have one.

ERJ–Although I DO pride myself on being a curmudgeon, I don’t see see any connection between my caution and the exhortation you attribute to me. Services like Sweeten are no substitute for bona fide recommendations from homeowners in your area.

@Bob-I have heard good things, albeit anecdotally, about Sweeten. I have also, conversely, used service providers recommended by word-of-mouth and have been disappointed. Both avenues are worth pursuing. Now get off my lawn.

I’d never dream of stepping on your lawn EJR, nor would I use a “service” like Sweeten. Note that the commenter who recommended this service has only two posts, both just suggestions to use Sweeten. That makes me suspicious, although I AM an old curmudgeon who might be overly cautious. 🙂
