I am looking for a great appraiser to put together an appraisal of my property as-is. I would also like them to provide a highest and best use report showing how I could maximize the value of the property through renovations/ additions. I would like someone that is very familiar with the park slope/ greenwood real estate market.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
